ABOUT PARADIGM BX
Paradigm BX is the original laser processed endodontic file system. It is recommended for a progressive procedure and can be used as a replacement to ProTaper Gold™. The consistent geometry results in a familiar canal shape, so obturation is unchanged. Paradigm BX-series files provide exceptional confidence for instrumenting the most difficult canals.
With the LaserFlex technology we use for our Paradigm BX files, we have achieved a long lasting material that is hard, sharp and more flexible compared to other heat-treated files. These rotary files fit into all standard hand tools, so there is no new equipment or add-ons needed, and zero interruption to your current workflow.
